Pick a journey. Choosing an account here simulates a separate fictional sign-in for review only. Nothing here is production security.

Account kinds: visitor, client and verified barrister (separate registrations), plus restricted platform staff. A barrister chooses how enquiries are managed: personally, by their own invited clerk, or by authorised VoxLaw Clerk staff. Clerks and staff join only by invitation or authorisation, appear as themselves, and never make professional decisions or sign. Chambers is profile text and a visibility filter only.
Simulated: Google and Microsoft sign-in, email/password and the 123456 codes, Bar register checks, identity and address verification (no provider connected), text extraction from the fictional samples, photo quality checks, malware scanning and metadata removal, electronic signatures and the external signing service, notifications, chat auto-replies, payment-account ownership checks and invoice payment status.
Real in the browser: Word (.docx) letter import, the formatted PDF download (loaded on demand from a public CDN), SHA-256 content references, drawn signatures kept as images on the signing record.
Real in the browser: dictation uses your browser’s speech recognition when available (it may send audio to the browser’s provider; nothing is stored). Camera capture uses your device camera. Photos and files stay in memory only and are never written to storage.
Storage: demo state (fictional) is kept in this browser’s local storage. Intake photos, files and transcripts are not.
Full notes, test results and the production plan are in Handoff.md.

Waiting for camera permission…
Kept private. Used only for a conflict check, and only with a barrister you choose.
We keep dates with their context. We don’t work out legal deadlines — a barrister should confirm any.
Only what we still need. “I’m not sure” is a fine answer.
Suggestions only (simulated AI). Nothing is used until you confirm it.
We’ve made two separate things. Only the first is shared when you send.

Register checks are simulated. Real professionals are never imported or scraped.
You see the report and its reason only — not the conversation.
No default access. Opening a conversation requires a specific record with a stated reason. Every opening is audited and read-only.

VoxLaw invoices you separately for agreed clerking and administrative services. VoxLaw never collects your legal fees, holds client money or takes a commission from client payments.
A percentage arrangement for genuine clerking services is not banned here, but it needs separate professional and regulatory review and must not disguise a referral fee.

Barristers’ payment accounts appear in client-care letters, so changes need restricted approval. Identity verification does not prove account ownership — confirm separately (simulated). The current approved account stays in use until a change is approved.
